The pic shows AZ225 Wattsun with 12, Shell 175s. The brackets Jon is attaching to the rails I built from 1/8 alum flatstock & a 2 hole conduit clamp. He would pop a hole in the rail, deburr and add a star washer and nut w/locktite. The wires are still vulnerable though. I could have put the el's on the main rail leaving just a couple of inches exposed but that would have been a really tight fit to work with.

The boxs with the DIN rail & blocks were easy to fabricate since I have a background as a machinist. Others may find it a challange, though every good installer should have a drill press, bandsaw and a few good files. You can build just about anything with basics tools. Anyway one is 24V power to the tracker drive. The other is MC cables from the next room, it feeds from a clear PV skylight. There are 6 skylights and 6 of these boxes in series. Using DIN rail is a great way to secure all sorts of electrical connections in a small space.
